Maintaining you connected while your phone is being repaired is our mission. More than ever we depend on our handheld devices for work, school, and everyday activities. Quemador is invested in repairing your device in the quickest and most practical way possible. Our network of repair associates can provide a temporary device while yours is being fixed. Most repairs are quick and easy but sometimes it may take a little bit longer if components need to be ordered or delivered from far away. While we figure it out you don’t have to be in limbo! Simply register and provide your phone information on the app or on our website and schedule an appointment at your closest repair associate location. When you arrive our repair associate will provide a temporary device to keep you in the loop. Once your device is fixed we will notify you via text message and email and you can come back to pick up your phone and return our loaner. We apply up to 50% of our initial service deposit towards the total cost of your device repairs. And we always text and email you with a preliminary repair cost estimate so that you know how much the repairs will cost. If you are not happy with our repair assessment simply return to the repair shop and return our loaner. We will only charge you 50% of your deposit for estimate and time cost and we will give you your phone back.
